Patient Participation Group
Community health is an active partnership between patients, health care professionals and practice staff. At Woodlands Medical Practice we constantly endeavour to improve our service to all patients. We would like to invite you to engage in an active and regular dialogue with the doctors, nurses, administration and reception staff at Woodlands Medical Practice to make your views heard and help us provide the best possible service for you. We aim to gather as many members as possible from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
The patient group usually meets around 4 times a year at the health centre, if you are interested in attending a meeting, please email your details to woodlandspatientforum@nhs.net making it clear that it is the patient participation group you wish to join.
